Better
kindergartens,
brighter tomorrows.

We audit kindergartens and train kindergarten teachers, so that every child is seen, understood and supported.

Kindergarten Audit

See your
kindergarten clearly.

We come to your school and watch real lessons as they happen. We look at how teachers teach, how children respond, and how the classroom is set up. You get an honest, practical picture, plus a clear plan for what to do next.

How it works

  1. 1
    Plan

We agree on the scope with your leadership: which campuses, which classes, and what matters most to you.

  2. 2
    Observe

Our observers sit in on classrooms. They watch quietly and do not teach or interrupt.

  3. 3
    Report

You get a written report that rates each area and lists every gap we found.

  4. 4
    Act

We present a 90-day action plan to your leadership, with a named owner for each step.

What we look at

  • Teaching practice and how lessons are delivered
  • How children respond, engage and are supported
  • The classroom environment, materials and use of space
  • Daily rhythm, routines and transitions
  • Planning, records and observation of children
  • Leadership, coordination and support for teachers
  • Safety, grounds and outdoor learning

What you receive

  • A detailed written audit report for each campus
  • A gap analysis that tells you what to fix first
  • A 90-day improvement plan, split into four stages
  • An action list with an owner for every action
  • A presentation for your management team
  • A side-by-side comparison report if you have more than one campus

Each area is rated on a simple three-point scale:

Strong Developing Needs Support
Kindergarten Teacher Training

Three great methods, taught in your own classrooms.

Our training draws on three of the world’s best-known approaches to early childhood education. We bring them into one practical way of working that fits Indian classrooms. This is not a one-off course. It is an ongoing way to keep improving your classrooms.
